Snowboarding down the Esja
If you are craving for some snowboarding and are ready to hike a little then it’s easy to find good rides here in Iceland. This weekend me and Emil decided to try to snowboard down the Esja, the big mountain you see from Reykjavik.
First screening of The Startup Kids
One of the first screening at my home of the movie I’m making, The Startup Kids. People were liking it and I’m relieved.
Best Icecream in Iceland
Everybody who comes to Iceland have to go to one place. No its not mountains or some landscape phenomenon, it’s this place. The Best Icecream Place in Iceland, even the world ! It’s located on a farm, Holtsel, in the north of the country. It’s home made ice-cream in all flavors imaginable, Icelandic blueberries, beer, Cucumber, whiskey-marmalade and then of course plain old chocolate and vanilla. You can visit the cows who made the milk in the ice cream while you eat it. My favorite flavor is blueberry. Too good to be true !

Sveinstindur
The mountain Sveinstindur is in the middle of Iceland, near to the Vatnajökull glacier. Me and Emil hiked up there this summer in amazing wether. The lake is called Langisjór, or “long sea”. I dream about kayaking across the lake and camp overnight in some of the islands in the lake. Maybe next summer …
